This company came into being in 1969 and its founder Managing Director was Mr. Matlubul Hussain Saiyid. Who was the Private Secretary to Quaid-E-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah for the struggling years from 1940 to 1945. The vision to form this company was to serve the Printing and Graphic Art Industry and to bring it to a level where it can come upto the modern standards of the technology. Since Mr. Saiyid was also the first qualified person in Pakistan who studied the Printing Technology at London, therefore, he was well versed with the latest techniques and standards in this industry in Europe.

This company was incorporated with a limited liability on 31 march 1970 in Karachi.

Mr Saiyid was very eager to put printing industry on sound footings and to improve printing standards in Pakistan. He established on all-Pakistan basis the association of printing and graphics arts industry and was elected its founder chairman for the first ten years.
